Quick & Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken

This delicious lemon pepper chicken is something your whole family will enjoy!

Servings: 4 Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 50 min


  • 4 chicken breasts

  • sea salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 1/2 large lemon

  • 2 Tbsp salted butter organic, pasture-raised


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a 9x12 pan upside down. Lightly sprinkle them with sea salt. Heavily sprinkle them with pepper. Flip the chicken breasts over. Then lightly salt and heavily pepper the other side. Squeeze juice from half of a large lemon over all four chicken breasts. Pat each chicken breast with 1/2T salted butter. Bake for 50min or until done.
