When grieving the loss of a baby,
it is common to feel:
overwhelming shock
anger
guilt and/or self-blame
sadness and/or depression
confusion
low self-esteem
jealousy
frustration
physical symptoms related to hormonal changes

Some women may also suffer from anxiety, depression, or
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

intrusive memories
nightmares
avoidance
feeling numb
trouble sleeping
trouble concentrating
overwhelming guilt
fear
irritability
feeling detached from family and friends
hopelessness about the future
You are not alone.
5 stages of grief:
Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance

Some women may also suffer from complicated grief. This occurs when feelings of loss are debilitating, don't improve over time, and painful emotions are severe that you have trouble recovering from the loss and resuming your own life.

I can help you work through your grief
and
build a special connection to your baby

Questions
But Jacque, I'm not artsy - crafty!
You don't need to be the arts and crafts type, I promise!
From instructional videos to questions to help you form your ideas, I've got you covered!
I can't draw!
I can't draw!
Believe me, I can't either! My drawings look like stick figures. You don't need to be an artist to harness your feelings into a drawing. It can be as simple as drawing a heart.
You want me to write a song?!
I can't even sing!
I know, it sounds crazy. Seriously though, I have really specific questions to help you write your song phrases. You only need a few. I never wrote a song in my life before I came up with one for my baby. Plus, I can't even carry a tune, and I was never in choir.
I was only pregnant for a few weeks.
Is this the right program for me?
Yes. Women that have had an early pregnancy loss experience feelings of grief and loss.
Grief cannot be compared. Just because you were pregnant for a short amount of time does not mean that your grief is smaller or that you are not as worthy to get support with healing.
I can't draw!
About Me
This is a great place to add a tagline.
I am a mother to three boys: an 8-year-old stepson, a 14-month-old, and a son in the stars, Soaring Fox Dunn, who was born prematurely at 22 weeks.
I have a passion for supporting other loss moms who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.
In addition to my personal experience, I have five years of professional experience with hospice navigating the dying and grieving processes as a team coordinator.
I obtained my training as a Certified Holistic Health Coach in 2014 through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Montana State University in 2004.
I’m excited to help other loss moms with their personal journeys to healing.
