I love to support women with eating nutrient-dense foods that specifically benefit mother and baby, and how to avoid chemicals in food, beauty products, and household products.
I am also passionate about helping women manage stress and achieve a calm and joyful state of being.
I offer personalized health coaching and support to determine health goals and break them down into small manageable steps.
Every part of life affects a person's health, so I explore where someone is struggling and help them achieve long term lifestyle changes that help them be healthier and happier.
SPECIAL DIET ASSISTANCE
I help people come up with ways to add in whole foods to recipes instead of eating processed food so they can have more energy.
I believe there is no "one way" that everyone should eat. Different people feel better eating different foods. I will help you figure out which foods give you more energy, and support you with making habit changes to eat more of them.
Would you like to try a specific diet or are you struggling with one? I am trained in over 100 different dietary theories and have personal experience with gluten free, grain free, and paleo diets.
Did you know that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss (miscarriage, pregnancy loss, infant loss, or stillbirth)? Yet our society struggles with talking about it.
I offer one on one comforting support from one Loss Mom to another Loss Mom. I am here to listen to their story and fully support them with their grief and their experience. I encourage them with small steps to take care of themselves and help with the emotional, physical, and spiritual healing process.
PREGNANCY AFTER LOSS SUPPORT
Pregnancy after loss can be so very difficult emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I help women determine their health goals for pregnancy after loss, such as managing fear, worry, and anxiety, taking extra care of themselves, and finding ways to be able to revel again in the beauty of growing a life.
I support women with steps they can take to achieve their goals from preconception throughout pregnancy.
