These banana chocolate chip bars are paleo, gluten free, and refined sugar free! They are great snacks for any time of the day and your kids will gobble them up!

2 large eggs free-range
1/2 C almond butter
4 Tbsp unsalted butter melted, organic, pasture-raised
1 tsp vanilla real extract
2 C almond flour blanched, super fine grind
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch sea salt
3/4 C chocolate chips bittersweet (ie Ghirardelli 60% cacao)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt the butter and remove from heat. Combine the bananas, eggs, almond butter, melted butter, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix well by using a hand-mixer.
Add the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix well by using a hand-mixer. Add the chocolate chips and hand-stir to mix.
Grease a 8x12 pan with butter. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Place it in your preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool. Cut it into squares and enjoy!
